The inside was remodeled on the inside with all new beds, TV and furniture. It would be nice to have a small refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave. I have to believe they are still coming because they just remodeled.

The room was clean, the blankets were s o soft, the water preassure in the bathroom was fantastic. A little loud from construction from downstairs, but it was in the late morning so no sleep was disturbed.

Room was clean and the place is in a nice location close enough to dine in Arrowhead or Running Springs. My son and I have stayed here twice in the past year in order to wake up local and avoid the morning traffic coming from Trabuco Canyon. Location gives you plenty of time to wake up & enjoy breakfast at Old Country Coffee Shop in Running Springs before snowboarding or mountain biking Snow Valley.

The place was recently remodeled and they are still making improvements. The location is nice between Big Bear Lake and Lake Arrowhead. Staff was very friendly. Rooms a spacious and clean. The touchless pancake maker for breakfast was fun and tasted good!

- Great location close to Snow Valley - Currently renovated so everything is brand new! That’s probably the newest room I’ve ever stayed at :) - Easy check in process and nice staff at the office. They even offered me hot coffee in the morning - Free ample parking

Great location 100m from the main road, yet no problems with road noise. Plenty of room for parking, small grocery store across the road. Very friendly staff and clean room, fast and simple check-in / -out. Big Bear lake a short drive away. Slept very well despite horrible jet lag =)

Absolutely love this hotel!The staff is super friendly,the room was superb it was clean and cozy,the location is perfect and relaxing.We stayed in a apartment and it was excellent the smaller rooms are great too they have a tv and mini fridge!Will be back
